Personal Injury Law includes car, bus, truck, motorcycle and bicycle accidents; slip and fall accidents; and pedestrian and passenger injuries.

All lawyers in the firm are active members of the Volunteer Lawyer Program and continually accept representation of clients who are referred by the program. In recognition of Kirshenbaum Law Associates' commitment to pro bono work, lawyers in the firm have been recipients of the Bar Associations' Pro Bono Publico award and the Continuing Service Award.
